Vanda "Tan Hoon Siang" = Vanda 'Josephine van Brero' x Vanda 'Somsri Pink' , it is named after Mr. Robert Tan Hoon Sian.

It seems the most beautiful blue orchid, but different clone has different blue color ... some even with clear net pattern. This species is a bit difficult to handle during hot summer here.

Renanthera imschootiana

Personally I love the genus Renanthera a lot because the showy red flowers. And when it's in full bloom, it's like a red cloud which is charming with no doubt. This is a new species "imschootiana" that I got in this year. The color is like it's on fire and the flowers are long-lasting.

Vanda limbata

It seems my Vanda limbata belongs to Philippines due to the bloom color is dark red instead of the clone inhabits in Indonesia which is brown. The flowers look like they are waxed and slightly fragrant.

Vanda Patchara Delight

A fantastic blue Vanda that catches people's eyes. This is my first blue Vanda with big flower. Vanda tolerates fertilizer during growing season, it seems such giant plant can't grow well without regular watering and fertilizing but it's worth to do that.

Aerides houlletiana was found growing in the lowland forest of South East Asia at elevations up to 700 meters. It blooms in early summer with coloful and fragrant flowers.

Renanthera vietnamensis

This is a small Renanthera species that habitates in the North Vietnam, it's simply beautiful with red and orange color combination. The pretty blooms appear in the late spring in Taiwan.

Vanda coerulescens

Vanda coerulescens is a small species in Vanda family. My one was from southern Yunnan, China . The flower is about 1 inch with scent of grape.

Ascocentrum pumilum

Endemic to Taiwan, the Ascocentrum pumilum is one of the most pretty miniature orchids. It's not easy to grow in the low land in Taiwan as it resides at sea level around 1500-2000m. This photo was taken in situ, the natural stuff is just perfect.
